Processing scale and production capacity of powder (granule):
Powder processing area is in charge of such powder formulation as WP, SP, WDG, WSG, DF, DS and WS, and it has two sets of powder production lines, and an annual production capacity of processing 2,000 tons of WP and SP and 1,000 tons of WDG has initially taken shape. One powder production line processes about 5 tons of powder daily, and the processing period for a container of 16 tons of goods packed in 25 kg is three days, and the delivery period is usually 7 working days plus procurement of technical material auxiliaries and packing materials. Powder processing area is connected with six sets of granule production apparatus, which can undertake tasks of water dispersible granules, such as boiling granulation, spray granulation and extrusion granulation. The daily processing capacity of cylindrical granule is 2-3 tons, and the daily processing capacity of round granule is 1-2 tons. Inner packing can meet the demand of processing capacity on packing, and the delivery period of one container is generally 7-10 working days. According to the business development of WDG, the phase 2 project of the company will build out the granule production workshop at a proper time to further increase the WDG production capacity.
Closed production process and systematic dust collector:
The powder production line adopts the most advanced closed production process at home, and supplemented by three-stage bag dust collector and water film dust collector, and workshop air purification system, thus effectively controlling and treating dust produced during the production process. The purification rate of the air after treatment reaches 99.9%. The verdant flowers and grass in the factory and prosperous trees are the most convincing verification of our clean production of pesticide.
During the powder processing, the multi-stage mixture and automatic control of fineness is another highlight in the powder processing. The active ingredient of some high active pesticides is only 1-5% in the preparation, while through multi-stage mixture, it can guarantee the homogeneous mixture of active ingredient and auxiliaries and carriers. The regular standard of fineness of WP is wet screening 44um 325 mesh >=98%, and the fineness of our powder processing process is usually 10um (or about 800 mesh). The ultrafine powder supplemented by high quality dispersing agent and wetting agent can greatly increase the application effects of pesticide.
Waste water treatment of powder processing:
Waste water treatment of powder processing is one of the difficulties in clean production. In particular, WS, DS and SP usually need additive color, and a large quantity of colored waste water will be produced from the cleaning equipment and ground in replacing varieties, which makes it more difficult to treat waste water. Thus our company increases investment in environmental protection, adding waste water decolorization apparatus and adsorbent reactivation apparatus. The waste water produced in the powder workshop from the cleaning equipment and ground is concentrated in the chemical treatment area, and through filtering and settling, and decolorization, it is discharged into waste water treatment factory of Chemical Industry Park.
Control over cross contamination during the powder processing:
During the powder processing, the cross contamination should be strictly controlled among Insecticide, bactericide and Herbicide, and among different crop Herbicides, and between preemergence Herbicide and postemergence Herbicide of the same crop. Otherwise it will bring serious consequences to the pesticide. Thus we strictly control cross contamination at the following links: (1) the production line of Insecticide and bactericide is separated from the production line of Herbicide. (2) Storage of technical materials, processing transition area, prepackaging operation and storage of packaging materials are separated from each other. (3) Strictly clean the equipment, system and processing area in replacing varieties. (4) Operators must go through airshower system before leaving the workshop, and the dust purification on the working clothes and shoes may reach over 98%. We have been engaged in export and processing of pesticide for almost ten years, and no cross contamination accident has occurred ever.
